Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada je upoznavanje sa temom kontrolinga, uvid u važnost kontrolinga kao sastavnog djela modernog poduzeća, te pojašnjenje njegovog razvoja kroz povijest ekonomije druge polovice 20-tog stoljeća. Također u radu se obrađuje pojam planiranja, s posebnim osvrtom na operativno planiranje kao najvažniji instrument srednjeg menadžmenta za ostvarivanje ciljeva poduzeća. Operativno planiranje možemo opisati kao skup uzajamno zavisnih parcijalnih planova, koji zajedno tvore smislenu cjelinu, a u radu je prikazan primjer uloge i važnosti planiranja na temelju programa Svjetske Zdravstvene Organizacije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this final paper is concentrated in explaining the term controlling menagement and its importance in the modern buisiness environment and its historical significance in the second half of the 20th century. In second and third part of this final paper the goal is to explain planning and operativ planning, and its instruments and details of work proces. Operative planning will be discused more in ditail in the last part of this final paper with the example taken from a program for the World Health Organization.
