Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja sastoji se od primjene analitičkih pravila i tehnika kako bi se kroz njihova mjerenja mogle donositi pravodobne i korisne odluke za poduzeće. Korisnici financijskih izvještaja mogu biti država, investitori, kreditori, zaposlenici itd. Poduzeće Hoteli Makarska d.d. osnovano je 1952. godine sa sjedištem u gradu Makarskoj, a osnovne djelatnosti s kojima se poduzeće bavi su pružanje usluga smještaja, hrane i pića. Poduzeće nema problema sa likvidnošću i solventnošću te kao takvo može poslužiti kao dobar primjer u poslovanju. Poduzeće kontinuirano radi na poboljšanju svoje ponude i usluge te tako provodi niz investicijskih mjera koje se odnose prvenstveno na ulaganje u hotelsku infrastrukturu. Poduzeće je također vrlo sigurno za ulaganje jer zadovoljava sve sigurnosne kriterije kako bi se to ostvarilo.
Abstract (english)
Analysis of financial statements consists of applying analytical rules and techniques to make timely and useful decisions for the company through their measurements. Users of financial statements can be government, investors, creditors, employees, etc. Company Hoteli Makarska plc. was founded in 1952 with its headquarters in the town of Makarska, and its main activities are providing accommodation, food and beverages. The company has no problems with liquidity and solvency and as such can serve as a good example in business. The company is continuously working to improve its offer and service, thus implementing a series of investment measures related primarily to investment in hotel infrastructure. The company is also very safe to invest in because it meets all the security criteria to achieve it.
