Abstract
Dugotrajan proces razvitka informacijskih sustava kulminirao je u digitalnom dobu gdje je samo pohranjivanje podataka postala jedna od najvažnijih premisa upravljanja informatičkim tehnologijama. Samo pohranjivanje podataka se vrši u bazama podataka koje su bile konstruirane prema relacijskom modelu, ali u današnje vrijeme se sve više koriste nerelacijski modeli kao temelj pohranjivanja velikih količina podataka. U ovome radu prikazati će se povijesni razvoj baza podataka kao i praktična uporaba Sql programskog jezika za kreiranje i upravljanje bazom podataka ljudskih resursa.
Abstract (english)
Long term process of Information Systems development has culminated in the digital Era. Data storage has become one of the most important premises in IT management. The data is stored in databases based on the relational model. Nowdays , in order to save a large amount of data, non - relational models are used mostly. In my work I wrote about the development of databases through our recent history and the practical use of SQL to help create and manage a human resources database. (35
