Abstract
Društvo 21. stoljeća danas je nemoguće zamisliti bez tehnologije i svakim danom smo svjedoci njenog napretka. Inovacije su stalno prisutne i, ako ne ţelimo da nas konkurencija ne prestigne, moramo drţati korak s njima. Čovjek je motiviran izazovima koji su ispred njega i znatiţeljan je saznati inovativnost proizvoda i usluga koje su mu potrebne za njegov osobni i poslovni cilj. Inovacije se stvaraju sposobnošću da se vide veze, uviĎaju prilike i iskorištavaju viĎene prilike. U svijetu koji je od roĎenja civilizacije nevjerojatno i nezamislivo napredovao, uz svakodnevno raĎanje ideja i novih proizvoda, stalne konkurencije i dostupnosti informacija, postalo je vrlo teško stvoriti novu inovaciju, no uspijeva se. U samom radu s inovacijama, potrebno je da su zaposlenici organizacije motivirani jer to samoj organizaciji donosi veću šansu za postavljanje inovacije na trţište, a samim tim znači i veći profit.
Abstract (english)
The Society of the 21st Century today is impossible to imagine without technology and we are witnessing its progress every day. Innovations are constantly present and if we do not want our competition to be overlooked, we have to keep up with them. A man is motivated by the challenges ahead of him and it is curious to find out the innovativeness of the products and services that he needs for his personal and business purpose. Innovations are created with the ability to see connections, discover opportunities and exploit the opportunities seen. In a world that has been incredibly and unimaginably advanced since the birth of civilization, with daily births of ideas and new products, constant competition and availability of information, it has become very difficult to create a new innovation, but succeeds. In the work of innovation, it is necessary that the employees of the organization are motivated because it gives the organization a greater chance of launching innovation on the market, which means higher profits.
