Abstract
Upravni spor bio bi konačan proces s obveznim poštivanjem presude proizašle iz istog ako se pretpostavi da koncept pravnog lijeka ne postoji unutar ove grane prava. Pravni lijek je taj koji produžava trajanje procesa mogućnošću promjene ishoda ulaganjem žalbe kao redovnog načina ili ponavljanjem postupka upravnog spora kao izvanrednog načina utjecaja na upravni spor. Predmet ovog rada je definirati temeljne pojmove te prikazati povijest i trenutnu situaciju u upravnom sporu kao i primjenu pravnih lijekova u istome, uz korištenje znanstvenih metoda kao što je analiza, sinteza te kompilacija.
Abstract (english)
The administrative dispute would be a final process with mandatory compliance of the verdict arising from the same if it is assumed that the concept of a remedy does not exist within this branch of law. The remedy is the one that extends the duration of the process by the possibility of changing the outcome by appealing as a regular or repeating the administrative dispute procedure as an extraordinary way of influencing the administrative dispute. The subject of this paper is to define the basic concepts and to present the history and current situation in the administrative dispute as well as the application of legal remedies in the same, using scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis and compilation.
