Abstract
Planiranje je temeljna, polazna funkcija menadžmenta. To je proces koji uključuje izbor zadataka i ciljeva te akcija za njihovo ostvarivanje. Poslovno planiranje najčešće obuhvaća aktivnosti na najvišoj razini u organizacijama, ali niže ustrojbene jedinice mogu imati i vlastite aktivnosti poslovnog planiranja koje moraju biti dio cjelovitog sustava. Isto tako da bi se planovi mogli izvršiti potrebno je provesti funkciju organiziranja. U današnje vrijeme postoje mnogobrojne metode koje olakšavaju procese u poduzeću te je će se u ovom radu obraditi uloga SCRUM metode u funkciji planiranja i organiziranja.
Abstract (english)
Planning is one of the initial management functions. It is a process that involves the selection of different tasks and goals and all the actions that are crucial for their finalization. Business planning includes top-level activities in organizations, but lower organizational units may also have their own business planning activities that must be part of the complete system. In the same way that the plans can be executed it is necessary to carry out the organizing tasks. There are also quite a few methods that facilitate the company processes, and in this paper we will discuss the the SCRUM method role in the function of planning and organizing.
