Abstract
Ekonomika prouĉava ekonomske aktivnosti ljudi vezane za alokaciju i iskorištavanje resursa. Da bi poduzeće moglo udovoljiti zahtjevima kupaca potrebno je da posjeduje odgovarajući kapacitet za proizvodnju odreĊenih proizvoda/usluga. Kapacitet se moţe definirati kao maksimalna koliĉina outputa koju poduzeće moţe proizvesti u odreĊenom vremenskom razdoblju. Stupanj iskoristivosti kapaciteta je izraĉun do kojeg se dolazi izraĉunavanjem ostvarenog uĉinka prema maksimalnom mogućem kapacitetu u odreĊenom vremenskom periodu za sezonu poslovanja, a izraţava se u postotku od raspoloţivog kapaciteta. Kapacitet smještajnog objekta je njegova sposobnost da primi odreĊeni broj gostiju. U radu se obraĊuje primjer znaĉaja stupnja iskoristivosti kapaciteta hotela Brela d.d. Brela za dvije uzastopne godine (2017/2016). Analizirajući iskoristivost kapaciteta po hotelima, vidi se da je hotel Soline u 2017. g. u odnosu na 2016. g. imao je porast stupnja iskoristivosti kapaciteta za 1,74%, dok je hotel Maestral imao porast za 2,45%. Najveći porast iskoristivosti kapaciteta u ovom promatranom razdoblju imao je hotel Marina (5,4%). Hotel Berulia je imao veliki pad iskorstivosti kapaciteta (30,84%) u 2017. g. u odnosu na 2016. g. a što je uvjetovano obnovom cijelog objekta zbog ĉega je znatno kasnije poĉeo raditi u odnosu na druge objekte. Poduzeće Brela d.d.d kao cjelina imalo je smanjenje iskoristivosti kapaciteta u 2017. u odnosu na 2016. godinu za 7,04%, te smanjenje broja dana korištenja sa 160 na 145 dana.
Abstract (english)
Economics studies the economic activities of people related to allocation and exploitation of resources. To be able to meet customer requirements, it is necessary to have the appropriate capacity to produce certain product/services. Capacity can be defined as the maximum account of output a company can produce over a given period of time.The capacity utilization rate is the calculation that is obtained by computing the realized performance according to the maximum capacity in a given time period for the business season, and is expressed as a percentage of the available capacity. The capacity of an accommodation facility is its ability to receive a certain number of guests. The paper deals with the importance of the degree of utilization of the capacity oh Hotel Brela d.d. for two consecutive years (2016./2017.). Analyzing the usability of hotel capacities it can be seen that in 2017., hotel Soline increased its capacity utilization rate by 1,74%, compared with 2016., while the hotel Maestral had an increase of 2,45%.The biggest increase in capacity utilization in this observed period was the hotel Marina 5,4%. Hotel Berulia had a great drop in utilization of capacity of 30,84% in 2017. Compared to 2016., which has meant that it had started to work much later than other facilities. Brela d.d. as a whole, there was a reduction in capacity utilization in 2017. compared to 2016. for 7,04%, and reduction of the number of days of use from 160 to 145 days.
