Abstract
U ovome radu prikazana je primjena statističkih metoda u istraživanju tržišta Parka prirode Vransko jezero koje je kao zaštićeno područje posebno privlačna turistička destinacija. Pomoću metoda deskriptivne statistike analizirano je zadovoljstvo 14 elemenata ponude kroz 2015., 2016., 2017. godinu. Proveden je Kruskal Wallis test pomoću kojeg se utvrđuje postoji li statistički značajna razlika u ocjenama zadovoljstva kroz promatrane godine. Rezultati analize kako su posjetitelji izrazito zadovoljni ponudom parka, te se srednje ocjene zadovoljstva ponudom svake godine povećavaju. U prosjeku najvišim ocjenama ocijenjen je element Stručnost i ljubaznost osoblja, dok je element Dostupnost lokalnih proizvoda u prosjeku najniže ocijenjeni element.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents the application of statistical methods in market research area. The analysis is performed based on the data from Vransko lake Nature park. This Nature park is a protected area, and thus, is a particularly attractive tourist destination. By applying descriptive statistics methods, the satisfaction across 14 different elements was analyzed through the period 2015- 2017. Kruskal Wallis test was performed in order to determine the existence of a statistically significant difference in satisfaction ratings throughout the observed years. The results showed that visitors are very pleased with the park's offer. Moreover, average satisfaction ratings are increasing each year. On average, the highest rated element is Staff professionalism and kindness, while the lowest average rated element is Availability of Local.
