Abstract
Svako poduzeće utvrđuje ciljeve za kojima teži i treba neprekidno voditi brigu za poboljšanje svojeg poslovanja koji je jedan od uvjeta da se postignu povoljni rezultati i održi se na tržištu. Baš iz tog razloga ono neće samo planirati kako predviđene tržišne mogućnosti i događaje prilagoditi utvrđenim ciljevima, već kako i ciljeve uskladiti s predviđenim mogućnostima. Utvrđivanje planova znači utvrđivanje odluka kako postupati u budućem razdoblju, odnosno plan uspostavlja usklađene odnose između dijelova poduzeća. Planiranje je širi pojam od same izrade planova, zbog toga što poslovni plan predstavlja razrađeno obrazloženje o ulaganjima u posao s ocjenom očekivanih učinak i rješenja za rizične situacije što ih donosi buduće vrijeme, dok planiranje treba shvatiti i ostvariti kao trajni proces u kojem se planovi postavljaju, zatim prati njihovo izvršavanje te istovremeno odvijanje okolnosti koje utječu na izvršavanje plana. Ovu temu isključivo sam odabrala jer sam vrlo zainteresirana kako investitori dolaze do svog poslovnog cilja. U ovome radu na temelju poslovnog planiranja navesti ću primjer hotela „Olympia“ koji želi uložiti u novu investiciju hotel s 4+ zvjezdice. S obzirom na to da je turističkom gradu Vodicama u interesu povećanje kvalitetnih smještajnih kapaciteta, jer iz godine u godinu dolazi sve veći broj turista.
Abstract (english)
Each company determines the goals they are looking for and needs to take constant care of improving their business, which is one of the conditions for achieving favorable results and keeping on the market. For this reason, it will not only plan how the anticipated market opportunities and events will adapt to the goals set, but how to align the goals with the anticipated opportunities. Determining plans means determining how to deal with the future period, ie the plan establishes a harmonized relationship between the parts of the enterprise. Planning is a wider concept than designing a business plan because the business plan is a well-researched business investment explanation of the expected impact and risky solutions that will bring them the future, while planning should be understood and realized as an ongoing process in which plans are set , then monitoring their execution and at the same time conducting the circumstances that affect the execution of the plan. I just chose this topic because I'm very interested in how investors come to their business goals. In this work based on business planning I will give an example of the hotel "Olympia" who wants to invest in a new 4+ star hotel investment. Considering that the tourist town of Vodice is in the interest of an increase
