Abstract
Ovim radom prikazana je komunikacija sa zaposlenicima kao najvažniji segment poslovanja organizacije. Posebna pozornost pridaje se komunikaciji unutar radne okoline tj. interakcijama između menadžmenta i zaposlenika. Rad obrađuje područja vezana uz interpersonalnu i poslovnu komunikaciju, probleme i smetnje koji se mogu javiti za vrijeme razgovora, radne odnose unutar organizacije i načine kojima se uz pomoć dobre komunikacije postižu veća efikasnost i efektivnost u organizaciji. Komunikacija sa zaposlenicima predstavlja glavni prioritet u razvoju organizacije, a ciljevi organizacije se lakše postižu postojanjem kvalitetnih kanala komunikacije. Menadžeri teže ostvarenju pozitivne radne atmosfere, što postižu motiviranjem zaposlenika, rješavanjem konflikata te ispravljanjem zaposlenikovih pogrešaka. Mnogi savjeti i dokazano dobre metode za poboljšanje komunikacije navedeni u radu mogu doprinijeti tomu, da svaki menadžer i/ili zaposlenik pomogne u razvijanju što bolje radne okoline.
Abstract (english)
This final paper is dedicated to communication with employees as the most important business segment of the organization. Special attention is paid to communication within the working environment, more specifically interactions between management and employees. It deals with the areas related to interpersonal and business communication, issues and problems that may arise during conversations, work relationships within the organization and ways of achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness in the organization through good communication. Communication with employees is a major priority in the organization's development, and the organizational goals are more easily achieved through the existence of quality communication channels. Managers are striving to achieve a positive working atmosphere through employee motivation, conflict resolution and employee error correction. Many tips and proven good communication improvement methods mentioned in this paper can help ensure that every manager and / or employee helps to develop a better working environment.
