Abstract
Globalizacija, proces kojim se nastoje ukinuti ograničenja u svijetu, donosi niz pozitivnih i negativnih društvenih promjena. Teži se da svi postanu bogatiji, što se gotovo i postiglo, promatrajući promjene u odnosu na prošlost. Zbog brzog tehnološkog i ostalih napredaka te lošeg upravljanja, dio svijeta ne može tolikom brzinom pratiti promjene i napredovati u skladu s njima. Podjele se vide i u Republici Hrvatskoj, a Sisačko-moslavačka županija je primjer zaostajanja i socijalne isključenosti stanovništva. Ljudski potencijali su glavni temelj za napredak zajednice i potrebno ih je prepoznati, preventivno djelovati kako ne bi došlo do poremećaja u ponašanju te ih zadržati i konstantno motivirati.
Abstract (english)
Globalization, the proces which is trying to reduce limitations in the world, brings positive and negative social changes. Everyone is striving for wealth, and since we have seen the changes from the past, it is almost achieved. A big part of the world can not follow changes and advance because of the fast technological and others improvement, and bad management. Since the divisions are seen in Republic of Croatia, Sisačko-moslavačka county is example of social exclusion of population. Human potencials are foundation for improvement and they have to be recognized. Also it is necessary to react so it can not come to disorder in behavior, as well as keep them and constantly motivate.
