Abstract
Iako je mlijeko jedna od osnovnih namirnica, tijekom povijesti je relativno malo korištena. Osnovni uzrok tome je bila nemogućnost njegovog transporta bez da pri tome doĎe do kvarenja. Stoga su se tijekom povijesti više konzumirali mliječni fermentirani proizvodi i sirevi. Tek razvojem suvremenih prijevoznih sredstava započinje intenzivnija konzumacija mlijeka pri čemu ne samo da se postigla brţa dostava već se dostavu, a time i cijenu mlijeka, učinilo niţom. Poseban doprinos u prijevozu mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda su dali kamioni hladnjače. Danas se umjesto ovih kamiona sve više koristi tegljače s poluprikolicama na koje se ukrcavaju frigo kontejneri.
Abstract (english)
Although milk is one of basic foods, throughout history it was relatively slightly used. The main cause of this was the inability to transport it without spoiling. Therefore, in the course of history it was more consumed milk fermented products and cheese than just a milk. With the development of modern transport equipment begins intensive consumption of milk in which not only achieve faster delivery, but the delivery and therefore the price of milk, made lower. A special contribution to the transport of milk and dairy products are made by temperature controlled trucks. Today, instead of these trucks more and more are used semi-trailers on which can be loaded refrigerated containers.
