Abstract
Problematika motivacije zaposlenika u poduzeću je već desetljećima predmet istraživanja psihologa i drugih stručnjaka u području poslovanja poduzeća. Budući da su je čovjek složeno biće sa raznolikim setom karakternih osobina i navika, kao takav predstavlja izazovan objekt promatranja i razumijevanja. Motivacijske teorije imaju svrhu na temelju opažanja karakteristika zaposlenika pronaći adekvatan pristup u odnosu menadžmenta prema zaposlenicima, da bi se postiglo zadovoljstvo i produktivnost zaposlenika, što rezultira i uspješnim poduzećem.
Abstract (english)
For decades, employee motivation has been the subject of research of psychologists and other experts in the field of business operations. Considering that humans are complex beings with wide set of personal characteristics and habits, they present a challenging subject of observations and understanding. Motivational theories are intended, based on employee characteristics, for finding adequate approaches for management-employee relationship, to achieve satisfaction and productivity of employees, which results in successful businesses.
