Abstract
U ovom radu korištenjem metoda istraživanja, opisivanja, uspoređivanja i na kraju analiziranjem, opisana je jedna destinacija, te trenutna turistička ponuda kojom ona nastupa na tržištu. Postepenim razvojem turističke ponude, analizirani su svi nedostatci, tj. čimbenici koji utječu na njen nedovoljan i usporen razvoj u odnosu na okolno tržište, a isto tako analizirani su svi potencijali koje ova destinacija može pružiti kako bi nudila njenim posjetiteljima uslugu maksimalne kvalitete. Svojim mogućnostima i resursima, Općina Marina ima visoki potencijal u razvoju turizma, i to se pokazuje kroz posljednjih nekoliko godina sve većom ponudom dodatnih sadržaja, većim smještajnim kapacitetima i i sve većim ostvarenim noćenjima na njenom području. Ipak, osnovni turistički proizvod zadovoljava tek sezonalni karakter turističke ponude i potrebna su ulaganja i novi projekti dodatne visoko kvalitetne ponude kao i kvalitetnija infrastruktura u Općini kako bi se nastavio razvoj turizma.
Abstract (english)
In this study using research methods, describing, comparing, and finally the method of analysis, it is described one destination and her tourist offer with which it appears on the market. The gradual development of the tourist offer, were analyzed all the the disadvantages, ie, factors affecting on its weak and slow development in relation to the surrounding market, and also were analyzed all the potential that this destination can offer in order to offer its visitors maximum service quality. With its possibilities and resources, the Municipality of Marina has a high potential for tourism development, and this is shown through the last few years, with the growing availability of additional facilities, large accommodation facilities and the increasing overnight stays in this area. However, the basic tourist product meets only seasonal character of the tourist offer and that require investments and new projects extra high-quality offer, as well as better infrastructure in the municipality, in order to continue the development of tourism.
