Abstract
Inovacije su aktivnosti koje su nove ili drugačije od postojećih. Druga faza inovativnosti jest razlikovanje pojmova invencije (nove ideje) i inovacije. Inovacije su proces transformacije tih ideja u pratkičnu uporabu. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje odnosi se na niz vrijednosti, djelovanja i aktivnosti organizacije koji se fokusiraju i formiraju prema održivom odnosu prema svojim zaposlenicima te zajednici i društvu u kojem djeluju.
Abstract (english)
Innovations are activities that are new or different from the existing ones. The second phase of innovation is the distinction between the invention (new ideas) and innovation. Innovation is the process of transforming these ideas into practical use. Corporate social responsibility refers to a set of values, actions and activities of the organization to focus and form towards sustainable relationship with its employees and the community and society in which they operate.
