Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objasniti važnost poslovne tajne i know-howa u suvremenom poslovanju, njihove sličnosti i razlike, način i prednosti prijenosa i licenciranja trećim osobama te način njihove zaštite od nelojalne utakmice. Razvojem poslovanja, poslovna tajna i know-how postali su neizostavni elementi svih poslovnih aktivnosti i upravo zbog svoje velike važnosti, poslovni subjekti nastoje poduzeti sve unutarnje mjere opreza i zakonske mehanizme da ih zaštite.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to explain the importance of trade secrets and knowhow in modern business, their similarities and differences, the methods and benefits of the transfer and licensing to third parties, and how to protect them from unfair competition. With the development of business, trade secrets and know-how have become crucial elements of all business activities and because of its importance, businesses seek to take all internal precautions and legal mechanisms to protect them.
