Abstract
Razvoj tehnologije i turbulentna radna okolina nalažu potrebu da poduzeće u svim segmentima poslovanja prati promjene i bude fleksibilno odgovoriti svim unutrašnjim i vanjskim zahtjevima. Vezano za unutarnju okolinu jako je bitno oblikovanje organizacijske strukture koja podrazumijeva skup odnosa i veza između radnih mjesta, poslovnih jedinica ili sektora koji trebaju biti osnova za ostvarenje ciljeva poduzeća. Oblikovanje organizacijske strukture uključuje raščlanjivanje ukupnog zadatka poduzeća, oblikovanje organizacijskih jedinica te uspostavljanje mehanizma koordinacije. Način postavljanja organizacije i organizacijske strukture najviše ovise o zadatku poduzeća i tržištu kojeg će opslužiti te stoga glavni menadžer ima izuzetnu odgovornost u postavljaju efikasne organizacijske strukture. Cilj rada je na primjeru poduzeća Liburnia Rivijera Hoteli d.d. Opatija prikazati obuhvat poslova, zadataka i djelatnosti te organizacijsku strukturu.
Abstract (english)
Technology development and turbulent work environment dictate the need for the company in all business segments monitors changes and to be flexible to respond to all the internal and external requirements. It is very important for internal environment to design a organizational structure which includes a set of relationships between jobs, business units or sector that should be the basis for the achievement of company goals. Designing the organizational structure includes a breaking a part of the overall task of the company, the design of organizational units and the establishment of a coordination mechanism. Way of setting up the organization and the organizational structure mostly depend on the task of companies and the market which will serve and because that the general manager has a special responsibility in setting up an efficient organizational structure. Objective of this paper is the example companies Liburnia Riviera Hotels d.d. Opatija show the scope of activities, tasks and activities and organizational structure.
