Abstract
Čovjek najveći dio vremena provodi u komunikaciji. Komunikacija ispunjava osnovnu ljudsku potrebu da budemo u kontaktu sa drugim osobama, te sve što svakodnevnom činimo zahtijeva komunikaciju. Osobni i profesionalni uspjeh često ovisi o tome koliko dobro razumijemo druge i koliko dobro drugi mogu razumjeti ono što mi želimo prenijeti komunikacijom. Upravo u seminarskom radu je opisano koliko je važno, dobro znati komunicirati, te koje su prednosti dobre komunikacije u verbalnom i neverbalnom smislu. Kroz rad se ističu prednosti i nedostaci određenih načina komuniciranja, kao i njihov utjecaj u poslovnom i svakodnevnom okruženju. Također je pokazan praktičan primjer IBM-ove tvrtke, koja je zapravo primjer uspješnog komponiranja komunikacije u poslovnom okruženju, gdje se ističe važnost prihvaćanja različitih kultura u verbalnom i neverbalnom komuniciranju, utjecaj spola na komuniciranje, kao i važnost obučavanja zaposlenika u praćenju inovacija u svrhu što uspješnije komunikacije. Kroz rad je ukratko opisano i definirano ovladavanje timskom i interpersonalnom komunikacijom. Na samom kraju rada dan je osobni osvrt na zadanu temu rada.
Abstract (english)
Most of the time man spent their time in communication. Communication fulfills the basic human need to be in contact with other people, and everything what we do daily requires communication. Personal and professional success often depends on how well we understand others and how well others can understand what we want to transfer with communication. In final paper is described how important it is to know how well to communicate and what are the benefits of good communication i verbal and nonverbal sense. Through the final paper advantages and disadvantages emphasize themselves of certain means of communication, as well as their influence in business a everyday environment. In final paper it is shown a practical example of successful composing of communication in a business environment. It pointing out the importance of accepting different cultures in verbal and nonverbal communication, the impact of gender on communication as well as the importance of teaching employees in monitoring inovations in order to ensure successful communication. At the end of paper is given personal reflection on given topic.
