Abstract
Upravljanje kvalitetom jedna je od važnijih strategija za praćenje i kontinuirano poboljšanje proizvodnje, usluga i asortimana.Na taj način se tvrtke žele istaknuti na tržištu kako bi ostvarile prednost nad konkurentima.Glavna stavka je privlačenje i zadovoljstvo potrošača, stoga se kvaliteta proizvoda ili usluge nalazi na prvom mjestu. Kako bi to ostvarili treba se voditi stalnim unaprjeđenjem i provjeravanjem kvalitete. ISO standardi utvrđuje zahtjeve za sustav upravljanja kvalitetom gdje organizacija mora pokazati sposobnost da dosljedno osigurava proizvode koji udovoljavaju zahtjevima klijenata, dionika i svim primjenjivim regulatornim zahtjevima. Globalno uspostavljanje serije ISO standarda donijelo je mnoge druge standarde osiguranja kvalitete koji su postavljeni na nacionalnom ili međunarodnom polju. Serija ISO 9000 standarda osiguranja kvalitete obuhvaća: ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9002, ISO 9003 i ISO 9004..
Abstract (english)
Quality management is one of the most important strategies for monitoring and continuous improvement of production, services and assortment. In this way, companies want to stand out on the market in order to achieve an advantage over competitors. The main item is the attraction and satisfaction of consumers, therefore the quality of the product or service is first place. In order to achieve this, it should be guided by constant improvement and quality control. ISO standards establish requirements for a quality management system where an organization must demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products that meet customer, stakeholder and all applicable regulatory requirements. The global establishment of the ISO series of standards has brought about many other quality assurance standards that have been set at the national or international level. The ISO 9000 series of quality assurance standards includes: ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9002, ISO 9003 and ISO 9004...
