The paper shows the demand for people to enroll at the Polytechnic in Šibenik. The Polytechnic in Šibenik was founded in 2006 and thousands of students have passed through the institution. In an educational institution, the enrollment process is the most important stage in the academic year. It is a process that shapes the future of the institution and its achievements. In order for the enrollment process to be successful, it is very important to reach the maximum number of students, to encourage them in the process of finding a suitable study for them. When the enrollment deadline comes, many doubts and dilemmas appear in students' thoughts. The doubts that arise can vary from what is the right study for them, the structure of the study to the possibility of employment after completing the education. At this stage, if the institution is able to respond to students' problems in an efficient manner, more students will find the institution attractive to them and will have an interest in joining the institution, and will refer the same to their peers.
