Abstract
U Republici Hrvatskoj turizam ima vrlo bitnu ulogu jer doprinosti otvaranju novih poduzeća, povećanja broja zaposlenih te rasta BDP-a Hrvatske. Ovim radom željelo se istražiti što su to investicije, kako one utječu na gospodarstvo, inozemne investicije u području turizma te što je to investicijski projekt. Investicijski projekt je skup akcija na temelju kojih poduzeće formira niz aktivnosti poput planiranja, organiziranja, vođenja i kontroliranja u određenom razdoblju. Zahvaljujući trudu i brojnim projektima koji su se provodili s ciljem razvoja turističke ponude Hrvatska je postala veoma popularna turistička destinacija koja svake godine privlači milijune posjetitelja. Radom se također željela prezentirati Šibensko-kninska županija i istražiti njena turistička ponuda. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju kako se Republika Hrvatska konstantno trudi da napreduje u svome razvoju te proširenju turističke ponude s ciljem privlačenja novih posjetitelja i povećanja prihoda.
Abstract (english)
In the Republic of Croatia, tourism plays a very important role because it contributes to the opening of new companies, the increase in the number of employees and the growth of Croatia's GDP. This paper wanted to investigate what are investments, how they affect the economy, foreign investments in the field of tourism, and what an investment project is. Investment project is set of actions based on which the company forms a series of activities such as planning, organizing, leading and controlling in a certain period. Thanks to the efforts and numerous projects that were carried out with the development of the tourist offer, Croatia has become a very popular tourist destination that attracts millions of visitors every year. This work also wanted to present Šibensko-kninska County and explore it's tourist offer. The results of the research show that the Republic of Croatia is constantly trying to advance in it's development and expansion of the tourist offer with the aim of attracting new visitors and increasing income.
