Abstract
Državne matice su evidencija o osobnim stanjima građana u koje se upisuju činjenice rođenja, sklapanja braka i smrti i drugi podaci o tim činjenicama utvrđeni zakonom. Za svako naseljeno mjesto u Republici Hrvatskoj vode se državne matice. O činjenicama upisanim u državne matice izdaju se izvaci iz državnih matica i potvrde kao isprave trajne vrijednosti. Potvrde koje se izdaju na temelju državnih matica sadrže posljednje važeće podatke upisane u maticama do dana izdavanja potvrda. Ovaj rad se upravo bavi materijom o načinu upisa podataka u matične knjige prema Zakonu o državnim maticama.
Abstract (english)
State registers are records of personal conditions of citizens in which the facts of birth, marriage and death and other data on these facts determined by law are entered. State registers are kept for each inhabited place by main areas. Excerpts from state registers and certificates as documents of permanent value are issued on facts registered in state registers. Certificates issued on the basis of state registers contain the last valid data entered in the registers until the day of issuance of certificates. This paper deals with the matter of how to enter data in the registry books according to the Law on State Registry Offices.
