Abstract
Financijska analiza podrazumijeva skupljanje, upoznavanje, provjeravanje i interpretiranje financijskih podataka nekog poduzeća. Financijska analiza je zapravo sinteza financijskih podataka s kojom se pokušavaju prepoznati ekonomski trendovi, odrediti financijska politika i usmjerenja, izraditi financijski planovi za budućnost te identificirati potencijalne projekte i investicije. Kod financijskih izvještavanja veliku ulogu igra i kontroling koji predstavlja stručnu podršku menadžmentu. I u procesu nabave je važno imati kvalitetan kontroling koji je iznimno kompleksan posao čijim se uvođenjem u poduzeće optimizira poslovni rezultat poduzeća. U ovome će se radu prikazati financijski izvještaji te primjena kontrolinga u nabavi u poduzeću Podravka d.d.
Abstract (english)
Financial analysis includes collecting, learning about, verifying and interpreting the financial data of some company. Financial analysis is actually a synthesis of the financial data used to try to identify economic trends, determine financial policies and directions, make financial plans for the future, and identify potential projects and investments. Controlling, which represents professional support to management, also plays an important role in financial reporting. In the procurement process it is important to have quality controlling that is very complex job whose introduction in the company optimizes business results of company. This paper will present the financial statements and the application of controlling in procurement in the company Podravka d.d.
