Abstract
Kontroling je neophodan za poslovanje svakog poduzeća jer služi za rješavanje sve češćih problema koordinacije i integracije u poduzeću. U teoriji i praksi je kontroling priznato područje, sadržaj i poslovna funkcija. Glavni cilj kontrolinga je stručna i neutralna podrška menadžmentu, koja pomoću različitih metoda i tehnika pridonosi transparentnosti poslovanja i poslovnom uspjehu, pomaže nositeljima odlučivanja u djelovanju prema ciljevima za to osigurava potrebne podatke i informacije te, naposljetku, oblikuje i razvija sustav kontrolinga. Poslovne funkcije poduzeća obuhvaćaju funkciju istraživanja i razvoja proizvoda, funkciju nabave, funkciju upravljanja ljudskim resursima, funkciju proizvodnje, funkciju prodaje te funkciju računovodstva i financije. Sve su ove funkcije jednako važne za svako poduzeće te zahtijevaju kvalitetan kontroling kako bi se odvijale pravilno. Svrha i cilj ovoga rada je prikaz konobe „Žmara“ s naglaskom na njenu funkciju nabave i kontroling nabave.
Abstract (english)
Controlling is necessary for the business of every company because it serves to solve the increasingly common problems of coordination and integration in the company. In theory and practice, controlling is a recognized area, content and business function. The main goal of controlling is professional and neutral support to management, which uses various methods and techniques to contribute to business transparency and business success, help decision makers in acting according to goals, provide the necessary data and information and, ultimately, design and develop a controlling system. The business functions of a company include the product research and development function, the procurement function, the human resources management function, the production function, the sales function, and the accounting and finance function. All these functions are equally important for every company and require quality controlling in order to take place properly. The purpose and goal of this paper is to present the tavern "Žmara" with an emphasis on its procurement function and procurement control.
