Abstract
Značaj koeficijenta obrtaja kratkotrajne imovine za poduzeća je u tome što je bržim obrtajem potrebno manje angažiranje kratkotrajne imovine, a ostvaruje se isti obujam poslovanja uz manje troškove. Koristi od bržeg obrtaja kratkotrajne imovine je velika zbog smanjenja troškova i o tome bi svako poduzeće trebalo voditi računa. Posljedice manjeg obrtaja kratkotrajne imovine mogu biti velike za poduzeće prije svega vezano uz povećanje troškova i u dužem trajanju ciklusa poslovanja. Kratkotrajna imovina je važna za poduzeća zbog toga što o njezinoj visini ovisi mogućnost podmirenja kratkoročnih obveza. Ovaj rad prikazuje značaj koeficijenta obrtaja kratkotrajne imovine i prednosti od njegova bržeg obrtaja. U radu su korištene različite metode kako bi se moglo pomoću njih analizirati i usporediti poslovanje poduzeća. Za analizu su uzeti financijski izvještaji za dvije uzastopne godine (2018. i 2019.) za dva poduzeća iz različitih djelatnosti, te je na primjeru prikazan značaj utjecaja koeficijenta obrtaja kratkotrajne imovine na njihovo poslovanje.
Abstract (english)
The significance of the turnover ratio of current assets for companies is that faster turnover requires less involvement of current assets, and the same volume of business is achieved at lower costs. The benefits of a faster turnover of current assets is great due to the reduction of costs and every company should take care of that. The consequences of lower turnover of shortterm assets can be large for companies, primarily related to increased costs and longer business cycles. Current assets are important for companies because the amount of short-term liabilities depends on their amount. This paper presents the significance of the turnover ratio of current assets and the advantages of its faster turnover. Different methods were used in the paper in order to be able to analyze and compare the business of the company. The financial statements for two consecutive years (2018 and 2019) for two companies from different industries were taken for analysis, and the importance of the impact of the current assets turnover ratio on their operations is shown on an example.
