Abstract
Svakodnevno sve veći razvoj turizma uvelike utječe na promjenu ugostiteljske usluge i same ugostiteljske objekte. Povećanje potreba i želja potrošača utječe na povećanje standarda u hotelskoj industriji koje vlasnici i menadžeri trebajukontinuirano pratiti kako bi hotele prilagodili što većem broju klijenata. Dio vlasnika hotela u skladu sa sadržajima i lokaciji teži zadovoljiti posebne standarde temeljem čega dobivaju posebnu oznaku standarda. Hoteli posebnog standarda predstavljaju hotele prilagođene određenoj skupini klijenata koji imaju interes za određene pogodnosti i usluge. Svojim neuobičajenim i nesvakidašnjim dizajnom i ponudom usluga privlače goste željne zabave, doživljaja i uživanja.
Abstract (english)
Every day, the increasing development of tourism greatly affects the change of catering services and the catering facilities themselves. The increase in consumer needs and desires has the effect of increasing standards in the hotel industry, which owners and managers need to continuously monitor in order to adapt hotels to as many customers as possible. Some hotel owners, in accordance with the facilities and location, strive to meet special standards, based on which they receive a special standard label. Hotels of a special standard are hotels adapted to a certain group of clients who have an interest in certain benefits and services. With its unusual and unusual design and offer of services, they attract guests who want fun, experience andenjoyment.
