Abstract
Turizam u Hrvatskoj uz poduzetništvo predstavlja jedan od propulzivnijih sektora te su mogućnosti za inovacije bezbojne. Sektor turizma treba prihvatiti inovacije u svakodnevno poslovanje, a ne da budu inovacijski sljedbenici te ponude rješenja koja su već godinama prihvaćena te ponuđena u drugim zemljama. Inovacije u turizmu predstavljaju jedan od faktora za održivost hrvatskog turizma koji trenutno pati od zasićenosti masovnog turizma te ne raznolikosti ponude pogotovo na Jadranu. Ponuditi smještaj u privatnom ili hotelskom aranžmanu više nije dostatno. Potrebno je prilagoditi ponudu različitim ukusima potrošača koji su voljni potrošiti više ukoliko to podrazumijeva da će dobiti jedinstvenu i nadasve inovativnu uslugu. Inovacije u smještaju postaju nužnost te je veliki broj iznajmljivača prepoznalo ovaj segment te ulažu u inovacije te nude uistinu posebne smještajne kapacitete.
Abstract (english)
Tourism in Croatia represent one of the most propulsive sector and the possibilities for innovations are indefinite. Sector of tourism needs to embrace innovations in everyday business; not to be innovations followers and offer solutions that are present for years in other developed countries. Innovations in tourism present one of the factors for sustainability of Croatian tourism. Simply to offer accommodation in private or hotel arrangement is not sufficient in modern times. It is necessary to adapt the offer to different needs and tastes of the consumers that are willing to spend more if it means that they will be given the unique and innovative service.
