Abstract
Distribucija turizma i turistiĉko trţište je specifiĉno u odnosu na ostala trţišta. Iako se po svojim elementima ne razlikuje od ostalih trţišta, njegova posebnost je u njegovom funkcioniranju. Tu se svrstavaju i osobine turistiĉke ponude i potraţnje ĉije pojedinaĉne karakteristike pridonose specifiĉnostima njihovih odnosa na trţištu. Tu su i turistiĉke potrebe koje su jedne od najstarijih ĉovjekovih potreba, a podrazumijevaju potrebe za rekreacijom, odmorom zabavom i sliĉno. Zadovoljenjem tih potreba bavi se marketing u turizmu koji objedinjuje sadrţajno i teorijski sve djelatnosti koje ĉine turizam kao sloţeni sistem. Prema tome, marketing u turizmu se moţe definirati kao prilagoĊavanje politike turistiĉkih poduzeća i turistiĉke politike na lokalnom, regionalnom, nacionalnom i meĊunarodnom nivou, da bi se postiglo optimalno zadovoljenje potreba odreĊenih skupina potrošaĉa i tako ostvario profit. No marketing pojedinaĉno bi bio bespotreban ukoliko mu nema distribucije, u prošlosti su ljudi zakupljivali kapacitete osobno u agencijama no svakodnevno smo svjesni da postajemo era interneta te smo primorani koristiti internet za distribuciju u turizmu.Definiran je i pojam marketinškog spleta koji se odnosi na definiranje instrumenata i njihovog meĊusobnog odnosa kako bi se zadovoljile potrebe potrošaĉa i ostvarili ciljevi poslovanja. Na poslijetku definiramo internet te moderne internet stranice koje koriste gosti/turisti te ponuĊaĉi usluga i dobara. Analiziramo Airbnb, Booking.com, Trivago te naposlijetku Tripadvisor.
Abstract (english)
The distribution in tourism and the tourism market are specific in relation to other markets. Although it is not different from the other markets regarding the other elements, its particularity is in its functioning. This includes the features of tourist offer and demand whose individual characteristics contribute to the specificities of their market relations. There are also tourist needs that are one of the oldest man`s needs and include the need for recreation, vacation, fun and similar. The satisfying of these needs is a task of tourism marketing that brings together all the activities that make tourism as a complex system. Therefore, marketing in tourism can be defined as the adjustment of tourism firms policies and tourism policies at local, regional, national and international level in order to achieve maximum satisfaction of specific groups of consumers and to make profit. But marketing alone would have been unnecessary if there is no distribution. In the past, people were leasing the capacities in agencies, but today in internet era there is need to use the internet for this purpose. The term of marketing mix refers to defining the instruments and their mutual relations in order to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. In the aftermath, there is a definition of interent and modern web sites used by guests/ tourists and service providers. There is also analysis of Airbnb, Booking.com, Trivago and then Tripadvisor.
